I was brought on as a Graphic Designer to create high-performing email and SMS campaigns for leading Shopify brands. Working closely with account strategists, I brought retention strategies to life through visuals that sparked engagement and drove real revenue. This was my first time working at an agency, and it pushed me to grow quickly as a designer - learning how to manage multiple clients, adapt to different brand voices, and design at speed without sacrificing quality. I gained a deeper understanding of retention marketing, performance-driven design, and the importance of collaboration in delivering thoughtful, scalable solutions.
